Brittany Bertrand received the Elizabeth A. Billman Excellence in Teaching Award on Tuesday morning at the 3rd grade awards ceremony. She was joined by her mother and best friend. The award was given by the Cass County Community Foundation. Brittany was nominated for the award by Lewis Cass Elementary principal Allan Remaly.
